This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit qsmap.net (the "Site").

We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or similar cross-site tracking tools on this Site.

Bot protection and rate limiting

When enabled, the contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent automated abuse. We may also apply rate limiting (for example via Upstash Redis) based on request metadata such as IP address.

Transaction and Account Information

We do not operate an online store on this Site. If you purchase or license our products or services, or request a quote or invoice, we may collect or process personal information in connection with that relationship (for example name, company, billing or shipping details, email address, and phone number). Payment details for SuiteApp licensing are handled through NetSuite and our commercial processes, not through a storefront on this Site.

When we talk about "Personal Information" in this Privacy Policy, we mean Device Information and the information described in this section, as applicable.

How We Use Your Personal Information

We use Personal Information to:

  • Provide, operate, and improve the Site;
  • Respond to inquiries and communicate with you;
  • Process or support purchases, licensing, billing, and customer support where relevant;
  • Detect, investigate, and help prevent fraud, abuse, or security issues;

  • When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, send information about our products or services.

  • Analytics (Vercel Analytics);
  • Business systems we use to manage leads and customers (for example Oracle NetSuite when you submit a contact request that we record there).

We may also share Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to lawful requests (for example subpoenas or court orders), or to otherwise protect our rights.

Do Not Track

Please note that we do not alter our Site's data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.

Your Rights

If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us using the contact information below.
